Damaged Luggage?
Please make sure that you identify the damage before you leave the airport and report to our Ground Services Agency and explain the exact damage to your luggage.
Lost Luggage?
We strive to deliver your baggage safely to your intended destination, however if any of your luggage is lost you must consult our Ground Service Agency immediately.
If you are carrying valuable items we suggest you take out your own insurance to cover the value of your items.

Pregnancy?
A pregnant mother who has passed her 26th week of pregnancy will have to provide us with medical certificate in order to be permitted on the plane. A medical certificate must be supplied on whether it is advisable for her to fly or not. Passengers who have not got a certificate will not be able to board the plane.
Golfers, Divers, Bikers?
No problem at all, please make sure that you notify Rapid Airlines with the details of the size and weight of the item before purchasing your ticket.
Am I allowed to bring my pet?
The pets allowed on the flight are cats, dogs and birds. Animals should be kept in standard containers and Rapid Airlines do not provide these, customers must arrange their own. Live animals must have a vaccination certificate. Weight must not exceed 5kg together with the container.
Electronic Equipments?
During take off and landing all electronic devices should be switched off. After the take off you may use your laptop, computer games, CD-players and cameras until landing. Mobile telephones are forbidden during the entire journey. Any other electronic item that you are unsure about please ask the cabin crew before take off.
Dialysis Machine?
Not allowed.

Not Allowed.
Wheelchair?
Yes you may take your wheelchair on board and it is free of charge.
Smoking?
Not allowed.
