Dear Customers,

Our economy flight passengers are permitted to carry 30 kg of baggage.

Business class passengers are permitted to carry 35 kg.

Our baggage charges include the following if you exceed our limits:-
• $5 US Dollars per kilo

• Your hand luggage should not exceed 8 kg and these packages should be appropriate sizes in order to place them in the aircraft cabin.

Prohibited and Restricted Items

The following items are not permitted and are considered dangerous on the aircraft or on any part of the aircraft.

• Flammable liquids and solids, such as lighter or heater fuels, paint, and matches.

• Gas cylinders, flammable, non-flammable, and poisonous gases such as butane, oxygen, propane, cylinders. Includes butane gas, camping gas, and blow torches.

• Radioactive material, such as bleaches and fibreglass repair kits.

• Poisonous material, arsenic, cyanide and weed killers.

• Corrosives such as mercury, acids, alkalis, and wet-cell batteries.
Please note that passengers are not allowed to carry matches or disposable lighters are not permitted at all.

You must not include in checked baggage fragile or perishable items, money, jewellery, precious metals, silverware, computers, electronic devices, negotiable papers, securities or other valuables, business documents, passports and other identification documents or samples.


Lost Baggage

We strive to deliver your baggage safely to your intended destination, however if any of your luggage is lost you must consult our Ground Service Agency immediately.

If you are carrying valuable items we suggest you take out your own insurance to cover the value of your items.
